EUPSF was delighted to co-host the only official side-event at the 5th Global Ministerial Patient Safety Summit together with the Swiss Patient Safety Foundation (SPS).  By combinging both our networks, we brought together 42 international experts to share their national experience and knowledge in a World Café workshop that addressed 3 main topics:

1. Just Culture

2. Critical-Incident-Reporting Systems 

3. National Patient Safety Programs.

We can achieve so much more when we work together.  While there is a plethora of knowledge on patient safety, it is the implementation process that is challenging.
