AFFILIATE CATEGORIES

  • Non Profit Organisation (NPO) Affiliate: All non-profit organisations interested in safety and quality of care of patients, which are not Industry Affiliates, who contribute financially for an initial amount determined by the Board and to the yearly financial contribution approved by the Council of Affiliates.

  • Industry Affiliate: All commercial companies interested in safety and quality of care of patients, who contribute financially for an initial amount determined by the Board and to the yearly financial contribution approved by the Council of Affiliates.

  • Individual Affiliate: All natural persons interested in safety and quality of care of patients, who contribute financially for an initial amount determined by the Board and to the yearly financial contribution approved by the Council of Affiliates.

For each category of Affiliates, the Board will suggest a yearly financial contribution according to the accounts, budget and activities plan, which will be approved by the Council of Affiliates by a simple majority of votes. Only when the yearly financial contribution has been paid, an Affiliate can participate in the Council of Affiliates.

HOW TO BECOME AFFILIATE

  1. Check the Affiliate categories and download the relevant Application form.

  2. Fill in the application form and send it to the EUPSF Secretariat on secretariat@eupsf.org with the interest of becoming EUPSF Affiliate.

  3. We'll get back to you and schedule a meeting to discuss the Affiliation, mutual expectations and all next steps detail.
